Claire Sanga

Claire began her professional career in PwC as part of the UK transfer pricing team. Four years later, she moved to the PwC Spain’s Madrid office where she continued her professional career until 2010. In 2010, she founded TPS, where she designs, directs and manages all types of transfer pricing projects.

Jose A. Otero

Jose has more than twelve years of practical experience. He has designed and documented policies for large multinational groups whilst working at KPMG and PwC. He has carried out part of his career in Boston, USA.

Antonio Pina

With more than 18 years of experience in Big4, Antonio has worked in PwC and EY in Spain, and Deloitte in Ireland, advising in the design, defence and documentation of transfer pricing policies for national and international groups.

Fernando Sevilla

With a degree in Actuarial and Financial Sciences, Fernando is a Founding Partner of TPS. He currently undertakes the CMO and CFO functions and manages the commercial and financial policies for the firm.

Claire Sanga

Claire Sanga is a Maths graduate from the University of Birmingham, and obtained the prestigious title of “Chartered Accountant” from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

She began her professional career in the Birmingham office of PricewaterhouseCoopers UK, where she began her study of transfer pricing. After four years, she moved to the Madrid office of PwC Spain to complement the transfer pricing team.

Currently she is the Technical Director and Founding Partner of Transfer Pricing Specialists where she designs, directs and manages transfer pricing projects.


She has participated in numerous and varied transfer pricing projects during her career. She has assisted clients in defense of transfer pricing before the tax administrations in the UK and Spain, in preparation of documentation for mutual agreement procedures, in the proposals for transfer pricing APA’s, business change projects from the planning stage through to implementation, in the audit of transfer pricing, preparation of transfer pricing documentation both on a global basis as well as on a national basis and design of internal transfer pricing policies.

Antonio Pina

Antonio Pina has a BA in Business Administration and Economics by the University at Zaragoza (Spain), a Master in Tax Law at Escuela de Finanzas Aplicadas (EFA) and an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) at ESADE.

Before joining TPS, he worked as international tax advisor at PwC’s Madrid office, where he become senior manager, and later he specialised on transfer pricing working as senior manager at EY’s Madrid office and Deloitte’s Dublin office.

Antonio offers more than 18 years of experience in transfer pricing policy setting for Spanish and non-Spanish multinational companies. He has experience in dealing transfer pricing issues in several industries: energy, telecoms, high-tech, pharma, chemical, retailing, and banking.

Antonio has expertise in designing transfer pricing policies for Spanish multinational companies operating all over the world (mainly in Western Europe and Latam), coordinating global transfer pricing documentation projects, defending transfer prices and valuations in tax audits and courts, as well as negotiating in Advanced Pricing Agreements and Mutual Agreement Procedures.

Currently, Antonio is partner at Transfer Pricing Specialists.

Jose A. Otero

Throughout his twelve years of experience, Jose Antonio has collaborated in the design, planning and documentation of transfer pricing policies for many diverse multinational Groups. Likewise he has participated in various APAs (Advance Pricing Agreements) as well as undertaken an advisory role for Spanish companies under tax inspections related to the valuation of the transfer pricing.


Jose moved to Boston in 2012, where he resides, allowing him to specialise in the American transfer pricing and international taxation practice.


Jose has a Business Degree by the University of Alcalá de Henares, and MBA by IE Business School and a Master in Taxation by CEF.


Currently he is a partner at TPS.

Fernando Sevilla

Fernando Sevilla is licensed in Actuarial and Financial Sciences by the Carlos III University of Madrid, and has a double university title in Business Studies, also by the Carlos III University of Madrid.

The beginnings of his professional career were related to the financial and actuarial areas for diverse insurance companies and financial departments. In 2006 he began his professional career in the transfer pricing area, which led him to found Transfer Pricing Specialists in 2009, together with Claire Sanga.

Fernando is Director and Partner of Transfer Pricing Specialists, where he designs and directs the commercial strategy, as well as employing his specific knowledge in the area of insurance and financial companies.
