Pedro began his transfer pricing career in BDO’s London office after a brief period in the financial sector. While working at BDO, he achieved his ACA and CTA qualifications. He gained particular experience in determining appropriate royalties.
He then joined EY in Madrid, gaining further experience in developing policies and documentation. During his time at EY, he gained significant exposure to financial transactions.
In October 2022, he joined TPS as the UK Country Manager.
Pedro brings extensive expertise in formulating, documenting, and implementing tailored policies across diverse projects and industries. His work encompasses a wide spectrum of transactions, including:
– Structuring profit-split mechanisms for the development of intangibles.
– Designing thin-capitalization frameworks to align with regulatory requirements.
